Scandinavian Countries Peaceful? Norway Welcomes The Empire’s Military Base

Typically when people think of military bases in Europe, the Scandinavian countries might be the last to come to mind. This has not been true for some time. Norway just signed an agreement for military bases there. This has obvious geopolitical implications for The Empire’s cold war with Russia.
