Unlike the U.S. Empire, Russia, like China, seems to understand that building geopolitical alliances requires investing in infrastructures that benefit all countries. This International Transport Corridor (ITC) will link Russia to Iran and India. Meanwhile the U.S. Empire doesn’t seem to invest in anything not connected to the military or finance. There are trillions of dollars of work on its own infrastructure being neglected.
