Fifteen years ago the World Social Forum billed itself as an alternative to the World Economic Forum. Today its sponsors are the Rockefeller and the Ford Foundations. Is “Another World Possible” when its sponsors are the essence of what it claims to be opposed to? One of the Rockefeller’s ploys is to emphasize “diversity” and “leaderlessness” to keep the group from having a centralized purpose.
