This is a very encouraging article which invites labor organizers in or out of unions to learn from the improvisations they were forced to make as a result of the last two years of COVID. Under what conditions have Zoom meetings worked for better or worse than face-to-face meetings? We are invited to make a list of what past (pre-COVID) practices could be eliminated and which should be restored. Which new practices that resulted from COVID are worth keeping? Lastly, we are encouraged to make a list of priorities and then turn them into a plan.
