Farmers, at least in the United States, can be very individualistic and some of the last workers you might think would be open to organizing themselves collectively. But necessity can be the mother of invention. Faced with the decline in dairy farming, eight farmers decided to built a coop of cattle ranchers. This five minute video shows some of their struggle. The great news is that within a year their numbers swelled from 8 to 32 farmers!
