Capitalist Decline in the British Motherland

The Just over a century ago, England was the heart of the capitalist world. Today its working class conditions more closely resemble the first years there of the 19th century. Unwilling to pay its workers a decent wage, this article shows that 58% of the people in London who are in poverty–27%— have at least one person in the family working.
