The recent victory of Ocasio-Cortez in New York shows that people are no longer afraid to vote for a socialist. It also shows that having the most money for campaigns doesn’t always win. However this article points out that it is naive for the DSA to think it can manipulate the Democratic Party. Rather it is the Democratic Party that is manipulating the DSA.
