Ukrainian Psychological Warfare: How It Works, What it Does

When some people hear the term “psychological warfare” they think the attack is focused on the purported  ENEMY. But in fact, it is much broader than this. Psychological warfare also includes manipulating the thoughts and feelings of the propagandists’ home population as well as its allies. Techniques include “troll factories”, telephone terrorism, manipulation of fear, creating “reality” with the help of TV, disabling historical memory and creating an atmosphere of immorality.
