Germany is the most powerful economy in Europe and last year China was their most important trading partner. The fact that Germany is also committing to infrastructural projects in India (who is aligned with the empire) means they are aligning with neither the Russia-China alliance or with the United States. The number of countries or regions the US can count on continues to dwindle.
