Overcoming Environmental Romanticism: Good Science Supports Nuclear Energy

When it comes to energy sources, we are presented with two options, either fossil fuels or solar/wind. But there is another option based on good science: nuclear energy. The author points out that, paradoxically, the romantic environmental movement which supports solar and wind options winds up supporting the fossil fuel energy companies by opposing nuclear energy. This article discusses how nuclear energy compares favorably, not only to oil and natural gas, but also to solar and wind sources.
