Out-Capitalizing the Capitalists: China’s Success Strategy and Lessons For the Latin American Left

Ironically, the success of China – a former communist country – is an ideal textbook case of how capitalist apologists claim that capitalism develops. You invest in infrastructure, save profits, reinvest in more products and infrastructure, innovate and learn from your mistakes.
On the contrary the Latin American countries didn’t enact one of Marx’s most basic principles: develop the productive forces.
