Every non-governmental organization that lobbies globally against China, Russia or Iran will be supported by the National Endowment for Democracy. The only criteria is that the non-governmental organization be fundamentalist. NED cares as much for democracy as its parent organization, the CIA, cares for democracy.
Why must the non-govenmental organization be fundamentalist? Because Anglo-American rulers do not want scientific and engineering competition coming from any other organizations. Fundamentalism is not likely to produce scientists and engineers who might threaten the Anglo-American resource base.
