Every year the IRS reports $458 billion lost in tax revenue to billionaires. These billionaires have $2.5 trillion in tax havens. They receive $14 trillion in bailout money. They have the power to evict 9.3 million families and they are never out of circulation because they never go to prison. They exploit workers by paying them poverty wages. They live 10 years longer than workers and do not pay them health insurance. This article was first written in 2017. The numbers are probably much higher now. Yes, social inequities have worsened since then.
