In a capitalist country when a company folds, instead of the owners being blamed for bad management practices or poor planning, it is the workers who pay with lost jobs. Furthermore, if workers dared to take over their workplaces after the company folded they would be arrested for trespassing. But in Venezuela when one particular company folded, not only were workers allowed to take it over, but the government supported them with funds!
