This is a long article but well worth reading. It summarizes many of the Chinese projects which will not only benefit Chinese capitalists, but most of Asia and parts of Europe. No wonder the financial capitalists in the US want a war. The Chinese are beating the West at its own game by making profits from building infrastructure. This is the very same process European and American capitalists engaged in during the 19th century!
