Here in Mordor, we usually imagine we are in a world war when we see bombs bursting in air over European countries. But this ignores bombs bursting over other countries which the citizens of Mordor never see because of media blackouts. Neither do we see all the strategic preparations and tiny micro-wars going on all over the world.
