Russian Infrastructural Projects in Africa

According to this article, Russian trade with Africa will double in the next four years. More importantly, African nations will receive help in industrial development and, in the case of Egypt, mining projects. Russia, in turn, requires minerals from these countries for its own industries. All countries are undertaking this, knowing that Yankee power is distracted by its wars in other regions.
