Michael Hudson wrote a great book a number of years ago called “J is For Junk Economics”. In that book he translates the euphemistic terminology of mainstream economics into the language of the real political economy. In this article, Mordor is accusing China of being “autocratic” while fancying itself “democratic.” Both these words are euphemisms for what is really going on.
