The traditional allies of Yankee empire are not longer able or willing to sign on to the the “warfare as usual” Yankee foreign policy. Brexit has isolated England and the European powers’ refusal to collaborate over the coronavirus makes them less manipulatable by the Yankees as a continental body. Bolsonaro is in real trouble in Brazil because of his handling of the coronavirus. All the other vassal states have too many of their own problems to sign on to supporting imperialist wars.
