Having a Union is Neither a Necessary Nor Sufficient Condition for Striking

For the first 70 years of the 20th century it would be hard to imagine a labor strike outside of a union. But in the past 50 years unions have gotten more conservative and capitalists have organized to prevent unions from forming. Today workers are taking matters into their own hands.
