The election of Mamdani in the primaries and the election of another mayor in Minneapolis means a lot. It is more than simply people in the United States being willing to vote for Muslims.
The victors overcame a great deal of big money and big names with the promise of concrete economic improvements such as affordable housing. The Republicans are facing the same problem on the right with a demand that The King of Orange Gas release the Epstein files.
